Simon has often been heard a few times in one day saying “you’re my favourite client”, mainly because he loves learning and his work so much that every singular moment with a client feels like a privilege.

Simon started as an organisational development practitioner right out the gates of his career, having designed and delivered an incredible range of leadership, team and organisational development solutions, before finding his calling in coaching, renewal and life alignment work.

Simon is a self-confessed helper personality, taking extreme joy in partnering with leaders to walk to their ‘learning edge’. Walking together on the path of discovery is indeed a passion, as when Simon is not coaching and facilitating, you’re likely to find him hiking in remote mountains around the globe where the air is thin and the nature is pristine.

Influenced by Integral theory, Theory U, The Thinking Environment and Life Alignment, Simon enjoys finding new ways of leaning his 6ft 6inch frame into personal and professional purpose and targeting sustainable results and integral living.

He often is told he is a calm, wise and empathic presence, while having a fair-few incisive questions up his sleeve to create sharpness in conversations. His mission is to inspire people to ‘find their Way’ whatever that may mean to them.

Favourite place in nature: It’s a draw between hiking in the Huayhuash mountain range in the Cordillera Blanca, Peru and skiing under the Matterhorn, Zermatt, Switzerland
