Caroline is an all-in, intentional sort of person; she’ll tell you life’s too short for anything else. To test compatibility with her boyfriend, she drove with him from Alaska to southern Chile. (And yes! It ended in a wedding. Then twins). She’ll also remind you that most of us spend half our waking lives at work, which is why she spends her working time helping others make the most of theirs — through career development, organizational effectiveness, onboarding, and training.
Caroline is a master’s-level instructor and doctoral candidate in organizational behavior at Northwestern University, as well as a third-degree black belt in karaoke. (Okay, no, that last part’s not a thing, but if it was a thing, she’d be one. You don’t perform karaoke Bohemian Rhapsody like Caroline does without some serious training).
